CoMotion 2024

CoMotion is run by the MomeLove club at SCAD. Every year, the club hosts a motion design conference in Savannah, Ga. After an introduction to the conference, the title sequence is played to introduce the companies in attendance.

This year I was able to contribute to three shots in the title sequence. I worked with the creative directors Kyle Switzer and Muskaan Sethi along with the animation lead Isabelle Winarto to bring shots from start to finish.

I utilized Houdini to create procedural setups that could be easily edit to fit the notes the creative directors gave me.

I was responsible for the DNA shots at 1:31 and 1:37. I also collaborated with Qi Qi to simulate the last flower shot using Vellum in Houdini.
