Overview
Over the course of 10 weeks, our team conceptualized, refined, and delivered a mock advertisement for Nvidia.
Story
Once we settled on making an advertisement for the Nvidia RTX 4090, our efforts shifted towards creating a story that emphasized the capabilities of the graphics card. After a couple of storyboards and animatics were created, we came to a consensus. We would start our spot with a live action shot that would transition into a digital world that is being built around a character.
Contribution
During this project, I contributed to the group by creating the portal element in the middle of the screen. I also animated the camera and made sure that it flowed well between the plate and the CG world.
In addition to my visual contributions, I also helped to optimize caches and lighting setups so they could render efficiently. Due to changes in our pipeline and time constraints, a lot of this work get scrapped in our final project.
